The Ancient Dead of Sussex (and Beyond)
Synopsis: A look at what prehistoric burial practices can tell us about life and death in the past. Drawing on case studies from her research, going back as far as six-thousand years ago, Dawn will discuss what archaeological evidence can be gleaned from these burials as well as from the human remains themselves. Please note this talk will include photographs of skeletal human remains.
