In this excellent book, Michelle Facer brings us eight circular walks that start in the Market Square in Midhurst.
The first half of the book covers shorter walks of between five and ten kilometres, but this increase to walks of seventeen and eighteen kilometres in the second half. Michelle offers extensions and short cuts for her walks so that you can personalise them for the amount of time (and energy!) that you have available. Michelle has done a wonderful job in providing both maps and instructions which are both detailed and easy to follow.
In addition to taking delight in the countryside, Michelle is a talented photographer, and this book is filled with beautiful images from the town and the surrounding countryside.
