Delivery terms

1. Introduction

1.1 In this section we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for books, magazines and other merchandise made through our website.

1.2 This policy is a legally binding document and shall form part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

2. Delivery

2.1 We offer free delivery of digital copies of our magazines and journals

2.2 All orders of physical materials will be sent via the Royal Mail and subject to an additional charge to cover postage and packing.

2.3 We would normally expect any items purchased through our online shop to be sent as soon as possible and we will always endeavour that they will be sent within three working days of the order being made. Where this is not possible, you will be advised of the length of delay

3. Geographical limitations

3.1 We will usually be able to deliver to all countries and regions and postage charges will reflect the different cost of postage to different countries.

4. Delivery problems

4.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by e-mail at chair@midhurstsociety.org.uk and we will respond as quickly as possible.

4.2 The Midhurst Society do not allow returns unless it can be proved that an item was broken or not fit for purpose when a member of the Midhurst Society put the item into the postal service. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss a purchase that you are not happy with, please contact at chair@midhurstsociety.org.uk and we will respond as quickly as possible
